Op zaterdag 22 juni organiseert PopEi de Music Meeting, een evenement dat zich richt op de Eindhovense muziekscene. Een soort muzikantendag dus, maar dan gericht op Eindhoven en omgeving. Een van de doelen is om  bezoekers (grootste doelgroep zijn beginnende bands en muziekliefhebbers) kennis te laten maken met verschillende partijen uit de (Eindhovense) muziekbranche en zo hun netwerk te vergroten. Denk hierbij aan platenlabels, boekingskantoren, podia, muziekscholen, verkopers, artiesten, enzovoort.

Daarnaast kunnen de bezoekers meer te weten komen over artistieke en zakelijke aspecten in de muziekscene. Gedurende de dag komen er zowel informatieve als praktijkgerichte activiteiten aan bod. Het podium, 18 repetitieruimtes en de horecagelegenheid vormen hierbij het decor. Zo worden er verschillende seminars/masterclasses gegeven, staan er standjes verspreid door het gebouw en is er de mogelijkheid tot het krijgen van feedback van een professional. De dag wordt afgesloten met een of enkele optredens van artiesten die binding hebben met de stad.
