ZERO TO MIDNIGHT stands out because of it’s creative approach and passion for music. As a 16 year old kid (1994) I started playing the electric guitar. Playing 5 hours a day, blisters on my fingers, improving my skills while listening to Slayer. Bought a BC Rich guitar and started my first band at the age of 17. Music has always been a huge passion for me. I’m living my dream and managed to make a living out of my passion.

I founded my band DEADCELL in 2006. Over the years I got the opportunity to tour with the biggest and best artists in the alternative scene, including Unheilig, Deathstars, Hanzel und Gretyl, Samael, Gothminister, Punish Yourself, Sigue Sigue Sputnik, Anne Clark, Oomph!, Trail of Tears & Die Krupps. More & more opportunities arose. After starting my booking agency in 2008, I suddenly was working with the artists I idolized.

In 2010 I got involved into music therapy thru working with young people with fewer opportunities. This made me approach music in a totally different way. Music wasn’t ‘just’ entertainment anymore. I’ve worked with hundred of kids, creating music together. Another opportunity presented itself early 2010, where I got involved into composing music for videogames. And finally in 2011 I started free-lancing as lecturer audio design to share my knowledge about composing & audio design with students.
